Add 3 cups of water in a vessel & put it on high flame. Add the chopped ginger and turmeric into the boiling water. Let it simmer for a while. Turning the stove off. Serve in 2 cups with a squeeze of lemon.

Cumin seeds ( Zeera ) – 1 tbsp

Honey – 1tbsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
Add the basil leaves into the vessel with 2 cups of water. Give it to boil. Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and simmer on low for 15 minutes. Strain it into a cup, then add honey, lemon juice and then stir.
